These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of masterstack.ai and the MasterStack services (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service

MasterStack provides an AI-assisted Product Manager resume analysis that generates scores, insights, and reports. Paid plans add deeper analysis and human-delivered coaching. Our Expert and Career Accelerator offerings include 1-1 sessions and other services delivered by people, scheduled separately — these are professional services, not automated features.

Accounts and anonymous use

You can use the free analyzer without creating an account. If you save a report we may ask for your email; a full account is created only when you purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Plans, pricing, and payment

Prices for plans and events are shown on the Service and are set by us; they may change from time to time. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay and international payments by PayPal. The amount payable is determined by us on the server at the time of purchase, is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and is charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Nature of AI output — important

Your resume analysis is generated by AI and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of any interview, job offer, salary, or outcome, and it is not professional career, legal, financial, or immigration advice. Scores and suggestions are one input to your own judgment. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

Human coaching services

Where a plan includes 1-1 coaching, mock interviews, resume rewrites, or similar, these are delivered by MasterStack or its coaches on a reasonable-efforts basis. Scheduling is subject to availability. Deliverables and session details are described on the relevant plan page.

Acceptable use

• Upload only resumes you own or are authorized to submit.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits, probe or breach security, scrape it, or disrupt it.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by MasterStack and protected by law. You retain ownership of the resume content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you. The report and analysis we generate are provided for your personal use.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Anthropic, Razorpay, PayPal, and Calendly. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Refunds and cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasterStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, opportunities, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MasterStack harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY / JURISDICTION], India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights you have.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
