Our 7-day refund window and how cancellations work.

We want you to be confident when you buy from MasterStack. This policy explains when you can get a refund, how cancellations work, and how to request one.
Our 7-day refund window
You may request a full refund of a paid plan within 7 days of your purchase, provided the human-delivered part of the plan has not yet substantially begun (see below). Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase are not eligible.
What this applies to
- Premium. Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase.
- Expert and Career Accelerator. These include human-delivered coaching. They are refundable in full within 7 days as long as your 1-1 session(s) or other personalized deliverables have not yet been delivered or substantially started. Once coaching has been delivered, that portion is non-refundable because it reflects work already performed; any clearly undelivered, separable component may still be refunded at our discretion.
- Free tier. The free analyzer costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Events and workshops
Paid workshops, masterclasses, and events may have their own cancellation terms stated on the event page. Where none is stated, the 7-day window above applies, except that a refund is not available once the event has taken place.
How to request a refund
Email support@masterstack.ai from the address used for your purchase, with your order or payment reference and the reason for the request. We may ask a question or two to help us improve, but a valid request within the window will be honoured.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through the provider used at checkout — Razorpay for payments in India, PayPal for international payments. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2 business days and appear on your statement within about 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your data does not by itself trigger a refund; refunds follow the rules above.
